Senior Product Development Leader
Sinan Batman is a 25-year veteran of process modeling and embedded analytics, that includes projects as diverse as modeling, simulating and optimizing quantum-well laser diodes and associated arrays for NASA, and the development of the Computer Aided Diagnosis Algorithms for Breast Cancer for NIH, among many others. He has held positions at The Johns Hopkins University, Kodak Health Group/Carestream, Zealic Solutions, and Fujifilm Medical Systems USA, where, as Senior Director of New Product Development and Innovation Group as well as Executive Technical Director of R&D, he oversaw 200 successful product releases, increased product development productivity by 250 percent. In particular, he successfully transitioned the development team from a waterfall to an agile process, implemented a development culture that is based on continuous process optimization and aligned with key product differentiators (performance, scalability, quality and usability). He has a Ph.D from Texas A&M University and an MS from Rochester Institute of Technology, both in in Electrical Engineering.
Senior Project Manager
Casey’s career has been dedicated to working in the life sciences industry, where she has brought her considerable training to bear, as well as demonstrating an innate talent for technology. As Product Manager at Almac, she was responsible for the creation and management of product vision, roadmap and strategy for revenue generating technology. Most recently, Casey has held the position of Director of Operations for Zealic Solutions. Earlier in her career, Casey served as project manager and application designer of eClinical solutions at YPrime as well as PPD, where she quickly assumed responsibility for projects accounting for the largest block of revenue in her department. She has worked with Quintiles, Becton Dickinson, and other eClinical software service providers. Casey holds a BS in Biochemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Tetyana Nykonenko joined CoreValue in 2010 and has spent the last 6 years managing multiple projects covering a wide scale of complexity. Utilizing agile project management techniques and tools that include SCRUM, SDLC and Waterfall, she has worked directly with clients from various industries, such as Pharmaceutics, IT Startups, Networking, and Legal Services. Tetyana is accustomed to managing several teams with upwards of 30 team members across different time zones. In varied roles, such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, and BPO Team Lead, Tetyana has successfully delivered more than 20 projects that have always exceeded client expectations. She is a certified Salesforce.com Administrator and also holds a Specialist’s degree in English Philology from Ivano-Frankivsk Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
Business Analyst and Project Manager
For more than 25 years, Elizabeth Forrest has provided technology consulting, business process and data analysis for Fortune 500 companies, web based businesses, the legal industry, and multinational systems developers and integrators. She began working with CoreValue in 2007, and has delivered projects for eDiscovery, Cablevision, and Recycle Bank, among others, providing expertise in business process engineering, data management and governance, and project management. As Product Manager and Business Development Officer for Aspen Grove, Inc., she oversaw the development of Aspen ipWorkflow, one of the earliest online intellectual property software systems for law firms and legal departments, and which was chosen by the United States Patent and Trademark Office to partner with them in developing electronic filings. Elizabeth holds degrees from The College of William and Mary and Old Dominion University.
Laurent Marshall came to CoreValue in 2016 as a project manager/business analyst at our office in Lviv, Ukraine, and has now joined our US delivery team. Laurent has experience in a variety of roles in the software development industry spanning multi-channel marketing, agile development, and project management. Currently he is playing a key role in exploration for data governance initiatives, working to help clients discover opportunities for organizational change to improve the quality and usefulness of their data. He graduated from Clark University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in Geography. After University, Laurent spent three years in the U.S. Peace Corps in rural Western Ukraine where he gained an intimate knowledge of Ukrainian culture and language.
Flora Verba brings more than 30 years of IT experience and expertise to the management and support of various technology systems and projects. Prior to joining CoreValue in 2010 as a Director of Professional Services West Coast Region, Flora managed the financial system at Walt Disney Company and served as knowledge expert to both internal departments and outside partners. After Disney, Flora managed Quality Assurance at a startup operation which built social networking platforms and applications that enabled brands to control their own digital businesses and content. At CoreValue, Flora successfully managed and coordinated applications conversion efforts from earlier Windows operating systems to the Windows 7 environment, as well as development and delivery of various projects for major medical companies and other organizations.
