CoreValue created a Customer Community Portal website on the Salesforce platform. The portal was created with custom APEX code development (server side) and HTML, CSS, Javascript development on the front end, complete with integration points and an Active Directory Federation Service. The website consists of approximately 20 different pages with survey, complex html and Javascript UI elements, and file uploads. The development includes the integration of the Salesforce with SharePoint (for storage of the legal documents and attachments), Docusign (for entitlements assignment) and Bluefin (for dues payments).

Legal Firm

Corevalue extended Salesforce to include applicant tracking and scoring. The applicant system provides order services among the list of available services; tracks scores of the applicants to measure academic progress; gathers statistics for further analyses by leveraging a set of extensive reports and dashboards. Extensive functionality was developed for Package creation which are sent to Agents, Locations, Institutions. Corevalue also developed functionality that enables Salesforce users to easily view and edit the assignment of both standard and custom packages to Accounts, as well as implemented scoring logic (Raw Score, Smart Score) that can be adjusted by region and viewed on a flexible Scoring Matrix Page.

CoreValue’s team made extensive customizations to the Salesforce UI in order to automate and streamline the process of adding multiple accounts (Campaign Account Member) and providing more account level details without the need to click through to related records (Account Hierarchy).
