Executive Management Team
Igor Kruglyak formed CoreValue with his partners in 2004 to leverage the technology and business knowledge he had gained during 22 years in IT. Prior to CoreValue, Igor was Head of Engineering at AP3 Solutions, and provider of technical solutions for a variety of legal networks. Igor also served as Chief Technology Officer for a venture-funded intellectual property management company where he was responsible for multi-million dollar on-shore/off-shore development projects. In 1997, Igor joined InterWorld Corporation, a 60-employee startup at the time, and was a key contributor to the IPO of that company in 2000. He served as a Senior Product Manager for Micro Focus LTD. Igor began his career at Merrill Lynch where he held positions of increasing responsibility from 1985 – 1993, eventually becoming an Assistant Vice President. He has been a featured speaker at several national and international technical conferences; and published several articles at Kobb Publications which focused on the software and application development.
General Manager North America
Before becoming CoreValue’s US General Manager, Charles Gerth held leadership positions in Waterloo Data, an Austin based DW/BI consultancy; and OpenSCG, an open source, big data consulting company, where he was responsible for developing sales and marketing programs in addition to leading a number of larger consulting engagements. Prior to OpenSCG, he served on the executive leadership team of Alliance Global Services as Senior Vice President of Application Services, Alliance’s leading solution team. Alliance is a global software development firm focused on innovation, technology and information intensive businesses. Charles has also served as Fusion Technologies COO, building a world class global technology consultancy that delivered internet media, e-commerce and trading solutions for technology, information and financial services organizations. Charles holds a BSEE with a computer focus from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Lyubomyr (Sam) Senyuk
Chief Technology Officer
Lyubomyr “Sam” Senyuk is one of CoreValue’s original employees, and has led software development efforts for the company from the very beginning. Sam has spent the last 6 years helping our customers to develop and maintain enterprise level solutions in a variety of technologies ranging from Public and Private Cloud to Mobile and traditional Enterprise. He graduated from Lviv University with a Master’s Degree in mathematics and economics, and has been professionally involved in IT since 1999. Throughout his career, Sam occupied a variety of technology positions in companies both in Ukraine and in countries of the European Union.
Prior to joining CoreValue in 2011, Pavlo Domanskyy completed 7 successful years at InterLogic, a Danish products and software outsourcing company. At InterLogic, Pavlo held the position of Deputy Director, managing all divisions and processes. As Production Director at CoreValue, Pavlo quickly became a valuable member of our management board. His leadership was critical in improving the productivity and building a world class development team. In September 2015, Pavlo was promoted to Managing Director at CoreValue to lead our offices in Eastern Europe and Ukraine. Pavlo holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Lviv Ivan Franko National University.
Chief Financial Officer
Yuriy Adamchuk has more than 15 years experience in finance, investment management and consultancy. Prior to joining CoreValue as Chief Financial Officer, Yuriy was Investment Director at KM Core, where he managed an investment portfolio with a total value over $130M. His career also included tenures at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and PPF investments. Yuriy holds Masters degrees in International Economics from Lviv Academy of Commerce; International Relations from Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine; and International Relations and Conflict resolution from George Mason University. Yuriy is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Vice President of Business Development
Roman started his professional career in the late 1990s as an analyst with ING Group, a multinational banking conglomerate. As the IT industry began to take shape in Ukraine in the early 2000s, Roman started concentrating on client development for firms that consulted in software services. He spent almost 10 years with Kvazar-Micro (acquired by Sitronics IT) in various roles with increasing management responsibility. During the last four years, Roman has led Miratech’s business expansion in the US as VP of Global Sales and a member of the executive management team. He graduated from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with an MA in Economics.
